Dancing through paradise is a free performance event in Hamilton and is part of the Hamilton Gardens Arts Festival: http://www.hamiltongardensartsfestival.co.nz. Dancing through paradise transforms the exotic, intimate setting of the Indian Char Bagh Garden into a live aesthetic experience. Choreographed by Karen Barbour, the dance draws inspriation from the visual blaze of the flowering gardens, sparkling water fountains, and yoga practices. performed with Emma Goldsworthy, Patti Mitchley and Alex Hitchmough.
Saturday 20th February, 11am and 6pm.
Sunday 21st February, 11am and 6pm.
Monday 22nd February, 6pm.

Back in Motion provides Physiotherapy and Pilates instruction and is open from Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm; Saturday 9am - 1pm. Pilates is a great help in developing control, balance, posture and flexibility in all dance students.
