Seeking submissions for the 2010 Body Festival

 

Dear Colleague,

 

As part of our continued commitment to programming the best of NZ Dance and physical theatre, the Body Festival is now seeking submissions – both as umbrella works and as presentations for its 2010 Festival.  Ideally, we are seeking proposals for small scale projects as well as mid to large scale performances.

 

The Body Festival is Christchurch’s annual dance and physical theatre festival and we aim to host a variety of related projects during the festival period, which will run from 25 September to 10 October this year.

 

To allow time for the processing of applications and for programmed shows to apply to Creative New Zealand and Creative Communities funding rounds at the end of February the deadline for submissions is January 31^st.

 

As always The Body Festival will endeavour to provide venue and technical support as well as generic marketing and other support where applicable.

 

Please send proposals to us along with any support documentation (inc. DVD’s, tech specs, images etc) as soon as possible to the address below, but no later than the end of January.
