Competency Level: No previous dance experience necessary but degree of mobility essential

Age Range: Adult

Description: Wu Tao - The Dancing Way fuses dance, music and meditation to balance the Life-force energy in the body.  The dances are accompanied with beautiful music that corresponds with the energy and quality of the element for which they are created.  The end result is an experience of beauty, harmony and balance - physically, energetically and mentally.  Wu Tao dance tones the body and brings you to a place where the mind is free of chatter and you can experience the stillness of your own being.  We call it Deep Peace.

Cost: $50 (8 week course/12 hours total duration)

$12 (weekly continuation classes)

$50 Loyalty card available (5 weekly sessions)

Outfit Required: Loose and comfortable clothing, preferably trousers, leggings or shorts
