South Island Dance Network
The vision of the South Island Dance Network (SIDN) is to establish a strong voice for dance throughout the South Island by supporting and sustaining projects and artistic development.www.southislanddancenetwork.org.nz offers a database facility and frequent mail outs to encourage networking and contact within the dance community.
Our two administrators in Dunedin and Christchurch offer support and advice as well as acting as a first point of call for details pertaining to dance in their respective regions.
As and when necessary, the network will arrange meetings and events in order to unite and strengthen the dance sector. By gaining and providing more information about the dance community we hope to provide increased employment opportunities and extend the ever-flourishing popularity of dance.
